New management and staff weren't a good change!

We had dinner on a Friday night. We were expected to be waited on with a professional waiter/waitress. Instead, we got three waitresses who attended us and had no knowledge of the menu. We had asked some questions on the entrees and they had no clue and had to go back to the kitchen several times to ask the chef. Secondly, it seemed as though they were not throughly trained or hospitable. I felt like we were eating at a Friendly's. Our dinners were cold and I had asked for another Sprite in the middle of our dinner and I got it at the end of our meal when the check was coming to me. Overall, I miss the old staff and the old chefs. I enjoyed it much better then than now. I am a person who willing to pay for great food and it was not the case this time. I don't feel that the Longwood has carried its name and the quality has gone downhill. In closing, we had asked for dessert menus and instead the waitress named them off to us. What happened to dessert menus? Anyways, not a place I recommend for anyone to go to. The Inn might be a nice stay, but the food I am not a big fan of.
