Porches On the Towpath, New Hope

The hosts were very accomodating and friendly, offering suggestions for things to do and see, complete with maps. The room was unique, private and we enjoyed our stay (#7). Breakfasts were very tasty and appealingly presented. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Very close to the heart of town but just back enough to feel not caught up. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants (Sandbar was EXCELLENT!). As we are used to hotels, and not sure if we would like bed and breakfasts, this place changed our mind and we would certainly do it again. Unfortunately the internet connection was not good in our room but could connect at the main house.

We loved The Porches. We stayed in room #5 on the top floor. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The manager, Chrissie was a delight; she was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful, not only would we recommend this bed and breakfast but we can't wait to return.
