Onahu Lodge, Grand Lake

This is where I proposed to my wife... and everything was perfect. Donna, the hostess and owner has to be one of the most gracious people we've ever met. We have been back as many times as we can. Not only is the lodge wonderful, the setting and scenery take your breath away. Adjacent to the Onahu river and with the backdrop of the Three Sisters range, it doesn't get much better than this! Winter activities include snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park - just walk outside the door of the lodge, alpine skiing at Winter Park - less than 45 min away, X-country skiing on the golf course in the town of Grand - a 5 min drive or snowmobiling at the "Snowmobile Captial of the World" near Grand. The possibilities are endless in the summertime.
