Dont book !
We were So excited looking forward to this visit (2-6-09) THAT day a unknown cyst on my ovary burst sending me by ambulance to the hospital. Now we knew NO rebooking / NO refunds. But the manager OFFERED to my boyfriend to just call to re-book. I have been trying for a month, left several messages. I understand his policy, thats fine. BUT, when you OFFER someone a second chance but then too cowardly to tell someone over the phone you CHANGED YOUR MIND, well that is JUST FUNDAMENTALLY WRONG. This is sad because this COULD have been our new regular get-a-way. So anyway, Even if act of GOD you book, cant make it you are out at least $600 as we were with nothing to show for it.
And Mr. Manager, if you read this : SHAME ON YOU!
