Wonder Lodge, Reno

There is no rating low enough for this so called motel, I hab=ve only filled them in to warn anyone else thinking of staying there! We were reccomended this motel by the Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, this photos on line looked GREAT. Once we got there it looked like a homeless shelter, the manager went to check to see if our room was clean came back and checked us in. Once we got to the room we new in an instant the floor hadn't been vaccuumed in forever, we could see the filth beneath the beds,the drapes(or scrps that were left of them were) "dangling" off the hooks, the table had cigarette ashes covering the top (non smoking room) we pulled back the sheets on one bed and there were dirty socks in it, the second bed had blood on the torn up sheets,the bathroom floor had dried urine puddles and HUGE balls of hair all over it. I couldn't wait to get out of that room/motel, the only way I got a refund of my money was because I threatened to call the police! My next email will be to the City of Reno property inspectors...THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!
