Luxury Inn, Absecon

This place is terrible. I booked it through a "pet friendly hotel" service and get there to find a sign on the wall saying "No Pets". So I asked and I am told that for an extra fee they would allow it. The guy was an all around jerk!!! I told him who I booked through and said I didn't want to pay a different amount than agreed on when I booked so I wanted to cancel. THEY would not cancel and charged my credit card. I DID NOT stay there and there was no way I would ever leave my dog there. I found out they are part of a small chain of hotels in the area. One just 2 doors down called SuperLodge and also Knights Inn. I contacted someone at corp. for this chain "Sam Patel" and was told he was not in front of his computer and would call me back either way to let me know what he decided. He never returned my call (not that I expected him to) and now I can't get on their corp. site. They may have got 1 night pay for a room out of me but now I will warn as many people as I can warn so this doesn't happen to someone else. Also the Pet friendly site who I also can't get in touch with is 1clickpethotels.com Also never returned my call after being on hold for 2 hours with them. I wish I had donw more research because I have found a lot of negative feedback. Lesson learned!! :-) Thanks!!

The room wasn't clean at all, dust every were. The bed had hairs on the pillows that weren't mine. The bathroom had mildew all over the place. Totally disgusted. For the price we paid we didn't expected 5 star hotel, but have a clean room isn't ask too much.

I would not let my dog stay there. The place was filthy and the comforter on the so called clean bed smelt like a wet dog. On top of that the pillow was disgusting I took the pillow case off and all I can say is it was terrible.
