So much nicer than the motels in Warrensburg, MO

This is a wonderful Victorian Mansion with a very gracious hostess, Nita Good. Not only was the room very comfortable, but she makes you feel at home, and is an excellent cook. You'll be offered a tailor made breakfast +; her home made cinnamon rolls are to "die for". We've found our home away from home while our daughter is in college.

Going back again!

We stayed there during an annual event last year and are going back again. The Inn Keeper is wonderful, friendly, helpful and the B&B is clean and warm and cozy and was a wonderful place to stay.
