Village Inn & Restaurant, Monte Rio

This restaurant is amazing. I had dinner here the other night and cannot get over how good the food was. You must order the Chef's Special-- whatever it is-- you must! Really nice location by the river. Nice getaway.

I found the dinners very overpriced for what they actually served you. For example we ordered the filet of sole and were served one very small portion of fish for a price well over $18.00 per servivg. Even after commenting to the manager of the small serving, the next time we went back to give them another chance, the small serving still existed. I will not go back for dinner again. They have lost a customer.
