Sea Star Cottage great location!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Sea Star Cottage just outside of Inverness. The cottage is on pier and beam sitting in the tide flats of the Tomales Bay. You can't beat the location.
The best part of the cottage is the sun room which faces the bay side and has a hot tub and two very comfortable chaise lounge deck chairs. Even on a rainy day, you can sit and watch the birds and the tide.
On the down side, since the queen size bed fits into a very small space, you can only access the bed from one side. The bathroom is very small and when you sit on the pot, your knees practically hit the opposite wall.
Tall folks might have a tough time negotiating the toilet.
There are some simple things that could make this place more friendly for visitors. One thing is to get some kind of simple device for shampoo and soap inside the shower. The second thing would be to install a wall or ceiling mounted light for the other side of the bed. Finally, a good cleaning of the base boards in the bathroom is in order since you have ample time to look at the baseboards up close and personal while you are sitting on the very nearby toilet.
