The Harlan House B&B

I've been a regular visitor to "The Harlan House Bed & Breakfast" since Decemeber 1999. Ms. Samantha O'Brien is a prime example of what a Bed & Breakfast and hospitality is all about. The beautiful victorian dates back to late 1800's and is situated on a hill overlooking beautiful Columbia. Across the street is the Red Brick School House and just a short walk up the street is the Cemetery dating back to mid 1800's. The center of town is just a short walk down the hill from the B&B.
The B&B has three individual rooms each with its own private bathroom and views of the grounds and surounding area. The Wine Cellar Suite is spectacular, with its large bathroom and spa as well as its own private garden sitting area. The cottage is a gem, situated next to a pond, with its own spa, private deck and surounded by beautiful gardens. Prices are very reasonable for a B&B.
Ms. O'Brien goes out of her way to make each guest welcomed and breakfast is just a touch to the highlight of your stay. It's peaceful location is perfect for relaxing and for taking in the beautiful scenery. I've visited "The Harlan House Bed & Breakfast" for more that 20 times in the past seven years and plan to continue staying at this one of a kind B&B.
I highly advise you make your way to Columbia and The Harlan House Bed & Breakfast. It is well worth your effort and time, besides you won't ever regret visiting. Coming from Switzerland where its hospitality is world class, The Harlan House Bed & Brekfast is a match like no other.
