Peaceful but uncomfortable

What a gorgeous setting! Very rural, peaceful, and relaxing. Delicious breakfasts and a beautiful pool. The rooms were beautifully done, and air conditioned (very important for summer). Playing with the animals in the neighboring barn was a highlight.
The innkeeper, however, made our stay a bit uncomfortable. I wouldn't want to leave my kids there alonemy husband and I would have actually left early had we not already been scheduled to leave. Nearby Shaker Village would be a better bet in terms of value and service.
