Inexpensive and close to the airport

We had no problems with the service here. Desk staff was friendly and professional. Our room was big, clean and quiet for being so close to the airport. Just needed a place to crash before catching a flight the next morning. Continental breakfast was adequate with jazzy music playing quietly in the background. For $68+ tax, this place was fine.
 
 
 
 
 
Will never go back

Don't go to this hotel. I stayed here last week for one night. The manager is very rude, the service is horrible and the hotel is dirty. The price was $79, but I'd rather pay ten more dollars to have a good night's sleep and courteous service. Don't waste your money at this hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
Will never go back

I will never go back to this hotel. The hotel is new, but other than that there something very wrong about the staff. I understand that smaller hotels may not have the full services that I'm used to, but I at least would like to be treated like a guest. Getting an answer for a simple question like 'do you have gym?' should be pretty easy, but I got the run around that not all hotels have gyms and that I shouldn't expect it. Well, well... just overall very rude from the checkin to checkout. Sorry, but I give you a F for the night I stayed with you.
 
 
 
 
 
Why did I stay here?

Always read the reviews before you book hotel rooms. I normally stay at the lower-end Marriott hotels, but for some reason they're so expensive in SF so I had to stay at a local hotel. This turned out to be the mistake of my trip. I didn't think about reading these reviews before booking, but I should have. I can see why people have such bad experiences here. I never met people who did not care about customers. I'm a sales person and I at least try to be helpful when needed. I called the front 5-6 times because the internet was down and finally a guy picked up and said that I needed to call back in the morning. I told him that I was checking out in the morning and I needed the service. Well, that was the end of that conversation. Also, breakfast is dreadful. I just went to a diner 3 blocks down the street from the hotel. If you need stable internet connections, don't stay here.
 
 
 
 
 
Bad Bad Hotel

Hotel was located not too far from the airport. It's a small new hotel. It seems like a family owned hotel, but beware they don't have a clue on what a hotel is supposed to be. Bad manners, bad breakfast, smelly hallways and cheap beds. I've been traveling for over 10 years, but this was a very bad expereince. I usually don't write these things, but I just want to make sure people don't make a mistake looking for a hotel around SFO.
 
 
 
 
 
Don't waste your money...

I should've read this board before I went. The first thing that I noticed was the unprofessional behavior at the front desk. The lady was dressed like she was cleaning her house. At least they should have clean clothes on. The rooms are ok, but noisy. There's no service at all at this hotel. You can call the front desk 10 times and nobody will answer. The breakfast is a joke. They had a few cold danishes and cheap cereal. Worst of all, they don't seem to have any idea how a hotel is supposed to be run. It's a shame this place even has a license to operate.
