The Davie School Inn, Anna

Spent Memorial Day Weekend at the Inn and it was great. My girlfriend went to the area for the Art and Wine festival in Murpheysboro and we booked at the Inn. Gotta say it was terrific. The room was great, the beds comfortable and the service fantastic. Have to say that Gary can really cook up a breakfast. Served right in your room and the portions were generous to a fault. Got to do a little sightseeing, as much as can be done in 2 days, but the festival was really enjoyable. The local art, the wine, the music and food. And the 1860's style baseball that was played made for a fun weekend. Even brought home some wine for another day. And I can't forget the strawberrys from Plamms farm. We don't revisit many places when we vacation but this could be the one that gets the return trip.
