Mostly good experience

The room was fine, the location was great. Overall, we had a positive experience, but the check out process was the notable exception. We were told when we arrived that we'd be able to pay on a different card than we used to reserve the room, as you can at most hotels. But when we went to check out, the card we reserved the room with had already been charged with the full amount. When we asked if we could change it so we could split the charges, the woman was horribly rude and told us that it was too late and we'd have to figure it out ourselves. She refused to do anything to help. Her attitude was unacceptable and an unfortunate end to our otherwise pleasant stay.
