Maxwell House Bed & Breakfast, Mt Airy

My husband and I chose to stay at The Maxwell House during our elopement. The online pics looked great and they handled everything from vows to cake. We arrived to a rude awakening. The house was cluttered with decorations from all holidays. Easter bunny on the front porch looked like it had been there for years. The house smelled moldy. Our blankets smelled moldy and when I told the caretaker she produced a disgusted look on her face and rather than washing the blankets we found them hanging across the porch railing to "air out". The dog is trapped in the kitchen where. of course, the food is prepped. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this bed and breakfast.
