the place was terrible. when we arrived they did not inform us they had a very bad fire weeks ago, The rooms we were to have had burned so they did not have what we had needed. But on monday the week we were to arrive they said on the phone that everthing was in order. When we arrived the manager was very rude and when we asked question very short. I would call somewhere else to have a nice stay in the smokies
Offers very low prices, a super great prime location, quiet, nice owners, room came with a mini ref. , microwave, tv, and pool.
Rooms are old, musty, smelly, dated, in need of updating, in disrepair, ice machine was out of order. Mattress was well worn, needed to be replaced and was not comfortible.
Not a top quality hotel, but for the thrifty and frugle bargain hunter, perhaps a cheap place to stay that is in a quiet nice part of town that is close to the aquarium. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room, book a nicer motel room.
This motel is not the fancy money grubbing place like most of the expensive ones.If you want to spend your money on the things to do in gatlinburg, this is the place to stay. You have a place to shower and lay your head down.If you come to gatlinburg to stay in your room, you need to stay home anyway.Compared to the other motels in the same area, same size,we saved 200 dollars on a 3 night stay.Enough money to pay for all meals for 5 people. we will stay here every time we visit gatlinburg. We go at least 3 times a year.
Although I cancelled my reservation 6 weeks before are intended arrival, low and behold a night was charged to my card anyway. I ASSUME they will correct this but wanted people to know. I will begin my quest to have the charge removed now.
The rooms are awful! They are very old. The beds are only a foot off the floor, the rooms smell moldy. The rooms are located down at dark alley like hallway. The hotel trash was piled in front. That was a first and last impression of the place.
