This dump should be condemned. The beds where covered with bed bugs . My wife was severly bitten all over her body . What a bloody mess , She spent two days in the hospital in pigeon forge after this outrage. For Gods sake stay away from this pig stigh.

Let me start with the positives, the location was semi-decent. As for the negatives, where do I begin? It took me forever to check in since no one was to be found anywhere. When I finally got to my room the first thing that struck me was a terrible odor, I have no idea what it was but it was extremely unpleasant. The room was absolutely filthy in general, I was afraid to touch anything and with extreme hesitation used the sheets, which I only pray were clean. As it that wasn't bad enough it was extremely loud at night making sleeping nearly impossible. When I complained to the front desk nothing was done about it naturally and no attempt was made to correct any of the countless "issues". I would gladly pay much more to stay at a semi-decent place as opposed to this dump!

This place isn't even a one star hotel. No Phones although they advertise it as having them, No continental Breakfast as advertised. The rooms were Disgusting, there was a man playing LOUD guitar music ALL night, so we couldn't sleep, the towels smelled, there was NO ICE, and the room smelled of dog urine. My Husband caught some bites which his doctor says were Bed Bug Bites. In the refrigerator was a moldy something, & the water was brown & nasty. This is a LOW BUDGET Motel. Never Again will I subject my Family to such a horrendous excuse for lodging as this scottish inn

The place is very nice and staff support was xclnt we enjoyed a lot apart from that i really wish if i get chance to visit gatlinburg i will defntly choose this motel..there were some things which i dont like it buuut thats ignorable in front of good and supportive service of their staff...Overall xpernce was very nice and would reffer this motel to others...Thanks

There was a door in our room that was locked and the owners would not open it for us, however, we had the light switch to whatever room it was intended to be. The smell of the room was horrible, the beds were a few inches from the ground. There's no refunds. The only thing worth coming to this hotel is the location. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

I think so most important and amazing part of my trip was my hotel where we stay.it really comes from my heart that staff is very supportive and helpful.The hospitality and service provide by them was very nice ,place for living means the rooms were excellant and clean too...Gatlinburg is amaizing place and its really beautiful....i would definatly recommend this Motel for make ur trip batter.........

we stayed one night.There was no hot water,the girl at the counter was new and didn't know how to give a refund on our credit card.We had to stay because there were no other vacancies in town. The beds are on two by four platforms, moldy smelling. We called the manager on monday about the room and the water and he was very rude and hung up on us. next time I will sleep in my car !!!!

Very pleased with location.Far enought from noise but,close to all attractions and downtown.Motel maintenance was excellant.Motel staff ... was friendly. Nice & clean rooms.Beds comfortable.

We made reservations the night before, paid 80 dollars a night, and when we got there we found bugs, dirty floors, CHOCOLATE on the bed sheets, and it smelled like cigarettes! on top of that, we asked for our money back because we feared for our well being AND our health, and they wouldn't give us our money back. our stay at gatlinburg wasn't pleasant because of that experience.

Part of the place has fallen in. When I went to the room it was very dirty, I pulled back the cover and the next cover had big stains on it. The sheets had crumbs on it. When I said some thing about it they said they will still chrage me and was very nasty about it. When ask why they would not clean it up, they just looked at me as if I we crazy.
