Never will we go back there!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/14/11
Well it started off ok, we walked into our room and it seemed alright so we decided to stay for 3 days (it was prepaid) We went to the Casino, which was across the street and around 10PM we returned to our room and tried to sleep. The hotel was very noisy, because first all they put us almost directly across from the soda machine and ice maker so you know how noisy it is when someone gets ice. The next day we went out and came back around the same time, and this is when it started: 1 . no towels 2, TV reception was just awful! 3. The bedding was not changed 4 .no vacuuming was done . 5. The springs were popping on the mattress. 6. The pillows were like sleeping on nothing so we asked for two more which added up to 6 pillows. 7. The coffee grounds were still in the coffee maker from the last people. 8. We came home from a long tiring walk through the shops and we came back at 3:15 our room wasn't cleaned nor the bed made up. 9. No more pretty bedspreads! Just sheets on the bed with a blanket(I think it was a blanket) The Contential breakfast was alright. We finally spoke with the Mgr. and told him about everthing and he went to our room while we had to wait more time in the lounge area. He came back and told us they were cleaning up the room for us at that time and it should be ready in 3 mins. We waited 15 mins., went upstairs and the room still was not ready. Had to wait 5 more mins or so in the hall until they finished. The Mgr. came by a few mins later and ask if everything was done and we said it was ok but we were exhausted and did not like it that we had to wait sooooo long. He then told us he would give us half a day off our bill for that day which was $45. credit. After putting up with these problems that is what we were given back! We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Mr. & Mrs. Palmisano, Ga.

VERY COMFORTABLE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/5/10
Front desk clerk (Jason) super! Continental breakfast was quite good considering cooking for large groups - eggs very tasty, bacon crispy. Unfortunately their coffee was awful - however, in the grand scheme of things it was not a deal breaker. AAA discount rate was worth it. Clean and comfortable - would stay there again.

Not as CLEAN as everyone thinks!!!!
By Steve, 3/8/10
I've stayed here a few times and the cleanliness of this hotel is going downhill. My last stay there was not even a blanket on the bed; there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower; the ice bucket even had hair on it. The floor was NOT vacuumed and trash was found behind the bench and nightstands. That was the last time I will stay at this place.

Nice Hotel
By Chris J, 4/14/09
No complaints. Walking distance to casino, unless you are old and crusty, then you might want to get a taxi. Hotel was clean and the service was good. The lady at the front desk at first seemed a little uppidity, but she turned out to be ok. She provided an excellent demonstration of how to work the shower. The fact that they had to do this demonstration means a lot of dumb people must stay there. So if you are dumb and like a nice clean hotel near the casino, this is the place for you.

Nice, Clean Convient
By Lisa, 8/15/08
We stayed overnight on a quick trip thru town and found it a nice place to stay. Room was clean and staff was nice. Free breakfast was what you expect for a free breakfast....not earth shattering, but edible. Would definetly stay there again

Great hotel!
By Lois Barbour, 5/21/08
We stayed here 2 nites, had 2 rooms for our group. It is located right across the street from Harrahs casino (staying at the casino itself would have been double the price!). Great service, room nice and clean, and the continental breakfast was wonderful too! Only bad thing I could say about the hotel is that the walls seems thin between rooms. We had rented 2 rooms for our group and we could hear each talking in normal speaking voices.

Nice Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/17/08
After driving 16 hours and arriving at midnight on a Saturday, we didn't expect to find any nice hotels. We were pleasantly surprised to find a room at this hotel. The clerk was friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom was very clean (which is always important to a germaphobe). Across from the casino if that is your goal. Would definitely stay here again. And will recommend it to friends.

Great Hotel for the buck
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/26/07
We just spent two nights at this hotel. Bed slept great!, had a partial view of the mountians and very clean. The walls are a little thin and if the people next door played their TV to loud we heard it durning the day but it's that way at any hotel. Over all it was a Great Experience. We walked to Casino the first night, not a bad walk. We did drive the next night but only because it rained. I will recommend it to any one.

Great location
By Roy, 10/31/07
Pros: Located right across the street from the casino. Fairly new and modern. Easy check-out. Your receipt is placed under your door overnight. Cons: Paper thin walls. No vent in the bath. Slow and cumbersome check-in procedure Would stay there again.

Great location
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/11/07
This hotel is in the perfect location for walking across road to the casino. Everything is great, especially, Shannon, the lady working at the check in desk. She was very helpful and very courteous. Everyone should have employees like her to help in a business. Would definitely stay here again, except Casino serves no alcohol and has no live entertainment like the ones we enjoy in Biloxi, Miss. But it is 4 hours closer to our home in Augusta, ga. the weather is wonderful here also.
