Be wary!!

The room we had at Elden house was pleasent, the owners demeanor however is just plain weird. The first veiw of the house was welcoming(the outside) however when entering the house we were greeted by dog smell and several dog bones at our feet. The main house was dusty and dark,I felt like we were spending $150 to stay in someones spare room. I would not recommend this supposed B&B,rating it at a1 out of 5 stars

avoid at all costs

Elden House was dirty and unkempt and the host was rude and authoritative. The downstairs room looked like an unused den, rather than a guest room. We would rather have stayed at a cheap hotel and felt like we had some space. Being in close quarters at a B&B, one expects positive and interesting interactions with the host family, pleasant surroundings, and the feeling that one is being accomodated in good faith, NONE of which occurred at Elden House of Flagstaff.
