Sarabande B & B, Albuquerque

We booked 2 nights for Sarabande during the Balloon Fest weekend (Thurs-Fri). While away on Friday, the owner removed our belongings and put them in the laundry room leaving us a note that "check out was at 11 am" and that another couple had been booked for Fri-Sat-Sun for our room. She then left the premise and was not going to return until Monday. When we returned later that day, there was no one to discuss/complain to except her teenage son. We had no recourse as she was not even available to confirm prior arrangements/etc. I will never return, nor recommend this place to anyone.
