Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, Fayetteville

My 2 week stay at the Hilton Garden was a pleasant surprise. I have traveled frequently and have stayed at most named hotels yet have never experienced the friendliness and professionalism of all employees I came in contact with. Every employee I would see always would greet me with a smile. Maybe I just look funny, I don't know. I must admit I was really touched from the moment I went in even the room attendants would greet me with a smile. My room was kept immaculate and I always had ample towels, tissues and shower products at my disposal. Hats off to the management for a very professional and courteous staff. I must add that not only is this a convenient location but I really felt safe in and outside the hotel. There is a safe in the room to keep your valuable items but I really trusted the room service employees enough to not worry about leaving things out. Five stars all the way!

I felt that the staff was nice. Amenities were very convenient. One of the only hotels with an indoor pool in the area. Bedding nice, although our box spring was broken. Room decor was very nice. We did have to request that our sheets be changed on our 3rd night. Overall our stay was pleasant.

We have stayed at other hotels in the area and this was by far the best. Hotel and room were clean and bright. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent for our purposes. We are planning to return in Oct 2007.

Great place to stay when traveling through Fayetteville! Good Job! The Staff was great, the room was clean and breakfast was awesome! The Indoor pool was nice and clean, The price was reasonable as well
