3 reviews for Red Setter Inn, Eagar
An awesome getaway
By Kyle Moore, 04/29/08
My wife and i went here two months ago and loved it. The rooms had great attention to detail...it was awesome to find luxury where you typically just find leaky cabins. I'd recommend it to adult couples who want to escape either the heat or metropolis of Phoenix, etc.

Disappointed
By Anne, 08/18/07
This experience was both good and bad. From the reviews I read I expected more in service and quality. The prices are very high for the quality of services available. The wait staff during breakfast were TOO friendly-standing and discussing their personal lives while guests were waiting to be served or trying to enjoy their meals. The ads for the Red Setter mentioned Wifi, which is NOT available. The sack lunches provided had stale bread and were missing plastic utensils and napkins. Exterior maintenance needed attention-lights not working at entrances, loose stepping stones, weeds growing, old mats at entry ways. New owners had purchased the Inn sometime in March and it appears that the tender care and quality of service provided by the previous owners is totally lacking. The good news is that the views, privacy, and serenity of the grounds are worth the trip. The rooms are clean and large with private entrances.

One of the Best
By Bruce, 05/16/07
In Arizona, this has to be one of the top 10 places for a romantic get-a-way. It's at the end of the road and the Little Colorado River flows softly through the manicured grounds.
