GREAT EXPERIENCE!
By ,
The new owners come with a lot of experience in hotel management They have made this place over completely. New beds, updated TV's, Lush grounds with many fountains, flowers and greenery everywhere. The lighting at night is sooo romantic. This hotel comes with so much history and the management is very generous with their time telling us all about it. Its a wonderful hideaway right in the middle of Palm Springs. No driving necessary to shop and play. Very clean and inviting and the staff treated us like family. We will be back!!

WONDERFUL
By ,
LOVED this place! We stayed in Villa 4 and we have ZERO complaints. Everything was clean, the patio and spa/tub was fabulous, the staff was so kind and the gardens meticulous. We were so pleased to have such a quiet place with such beautiful surroundings. I can't think of one negative thing to say AT ALL! We look forward to going back again and SOON! I read some of the other reviews and if this place was once less then great, the new owners have really changed things. Everything, and I do mean everything was perfect!

New Management!
By ,
Andalusian Court has recently been taken over by new management with over 11 years of four diamond, small luxury hotel experience. The villas and grounds have been renovated down to the smallest detail and the new staff is exceptional. It is truly a diamond in the desert!

Desperately in need of TLC
By ,
Let's begin with the positive. The villas themselves are charming. Although they boast over-sized bathtubs, Villa #7 has a tub that is about 18 inches in diameter like a small hole - very bizarre. The grounds were in dire need of a gardner. There were several fountains on the property that were inoperable and dead potted plants left in the pool area. There was also only one chaise lounge at the pool along with several beat up chairs. When asked if there were more, we were told that the owner was going to buy more. I called the front desk three times during our 24 hour stay and at no time did any one pick up the phone or was there voicemail in which to leave a message. There were children playing and screaming at the pool at 8:00 in the morning. I adore children, however, these are one bedroom villas, and I was under the impression that this bed and breakfast was meant to be romantic. Oh and that leads us to the "breakfast". I think that even the gal running the front desk was embarrassed by the shriveled grapes and english muffin wrapped in the threadbare foul smelling towel. Seriously, it would not take a lot of money, just some necessary little touches to make this into a quaint top of the line little get away. I would be more than happy to consult with the owner as to how that might be best accomplished.
