Desperately in need of TLC

Let's begin with the positive. The villas themselves are charming. Although they boast over-sized bathtubs, Villa #7 has a tub that is about 18 inches in diameter like a small hole - very bizarre. The grounds were in dire need of a gardner. There were several fountains on the property that were inoperable and dead potted plants left in the pool area. There was also only one chaise lounge at the pool along with several beat up chairs. When asked if there were more, we were told that the owner was going to buy more. I called the front desk three times during our 24 hour stay and at no time did any one pick up the phone or was there voicemail in which to leave a message. There were children playing and screaming at the pool at 8:00 in the morning. I adore children, however, these are one bedroom villas, and I was under the impression that this bed and breakfast was meant to be romantic. Oh and that leads us to the "breakfast". I think that even the gal running the front desk was embarrassed by the shriveled grapes and english muffin wrapped in the threadbare foul smelling towel.
Seriously, it would not take a lot of money, just some necessary little touches to make this into a quaint top of the line little get away. I would be more than happy to consult with the owner as to how that might be best accomplished.
