Arbor Inn and Suites, Lubbock

All around perfect!!! Great staff, Had a suite that had a full kitchen and overlooked the great pool. living room area and a large bedroom, bed and bathroom. I am about to go back tonight for business and can't wait to get there.

My A/C went out in my house at 5pm on friday (103 degrees), Luckily, this place had one room left, I'm glad I took it! My 2 young daughters LOVED the room, and especially the pool, very nice design. It was like a mini vacation. Very nice room, clean, well appointed, and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was really good too, my middle daughter (age 6) got very teary eyed and sad when we had to leave, and has not stopped talking about the hotel since! HIGHLY reccomended!

After reviewing hotels online, the rating of this hotel stood out by a mile compared to other 3 star hotels in Lubbock (no 4 or 5 stars here) - so we thought to give it a try! This hotel is the largest I have ever stayed in! It seemed like we were staying in a new apartment complex as it has a full kitchen, many TVs, large bathroom! I proudly tip my hat to the owner of this hotel as he has done a perfect job establishing his business. He should give lessons to other owners of hotels in not only Lubbock but all around. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for whatever stay you need. Guns up!

Extremely clean, and the service was great. Largest rooms I have ever stayed in. Can not wait to come back in the summer to use the pool. Great attention to detail.

We were in Lubbock to have a baby in early January...we were completely astonished at how lovely and spacious the room was; there was a dvd player. The location is great. My husband took our toddler to Chuck E Cheeses so I could have quality time with our new infant. We were also surprised to find that the night we checked in they offered dinner; complimentary cookies and reshmests each night! Everything was wonderful! I would recommend this hotel.

PROS: Beautiful King Suite, 2 rooms, 2 tvs, 2 dvd players, private balcony overlooking incredible pool, quality furniture, 3/4 kitchen, smooth surface range, full sized fridge, granite countertops in kitchen and bath, ceiling fans, Bath & Body Works toiletries, pillowtop mattress, great pillows, extremely clean, incredibly nice staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests. CONS: The elevator is a little slow. RECOMMENDED? Absolutely! Best value in Lubbock.
