Think twice

When i called to cancel reservations, the lady couldn't find my info. She finally told me it was between me and expedia and HUNG UP ON ME! After talking to expedia (who was very nice) they suggested that I call back to the hotel to confirm the cancellation on their end. When I called back and explained why I was calling, she got really excited and starting yelling at me.... I'm not even sure what all she said... she lost me after "Lady..." I did find out that my reservations had been cancelled, but I sure wasn't getting a confirmation # on it, because before I could ask, she had hung up on me again! I'M GLAD we didn't stay there, because that kind of service would have ruined my entire vacation!
