Deerfield Inn, McComb

I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were modest, is what I would expect for the price; but they were clean and within walking distance of several good restaurants.

the bathtub is filthy. the towels look like they've been used. i am not going to be able to lay down comfortably. since i booked it on orbitz, my card has already been charged. never will i come back.

Stayed at this place when no other franchise hotel rooms were available. But it was truly a pleasant expirence. Compared to known hotels, this one was right up there in terms of value and cleanliness. Not too far away from the freeway, shopping and at a lower price. Looks like it has been under new management and the service is excellent. No pool or fitness facilities, but perfect for business travel or family vacation with wireless connection availibility. I am glad I found this place and will definetly stay there again on my next trip.
