Beautifully landscaped grounds and an enormous porch, perfect for enjoying a warm evening, highlight this extraordinary bed and breakfast. Built in 1891, the Inn at Craig Place is on the National Historic Registry as part of the historic Monte Vista neighborhood. The three available rooms offer many amenities, including a queen-size bed, a desk with a private phone and data port, an alarm clock, a private bath and ceiling fans. Smoking is allowed only in the garden. The inn cannot accommodate pets, and the hosts ask that children be at least 10 years old. Weekly, corporate, or romance packages are also available; call for rates and details. The dining room can also serve as a meeting room for business travelers, provided that arrangements are made prior to arrival.

GREAT place for your wedding!

We chose Inn at Craig Place for a quick and stress free wedding. That was exactly what we got. We were so happy with the way everything turned out. The decorations and flowers were beautiful and the cake was delicious. They were flexible with us and made it easy for us to have the wedding there even though we live in another town. We stayed there on our wedding night and loved the room and service. Overall it was a great experience and we are already planning to go back for our first wedding anniversary!
 
 
 
 
 
Great Stay

We had a delightful stay of 2 nights at the Inn at Craigs Place in San Antonio. The hosts, Kelly and Gregg, are warm, friendly and attend to your every need and desire. The accommodations are exceptional in the beautifully restored house. The location is outstanding; close to the riverwalk, Japenese gardens, restaurants, etc. The breakfasts are indeed gourmet in presentation and in food quality. From the cookies left outside your doorstep, to the coffee basket before breakfast, to the chocolate souffl̩ Рit was all incredible. How could anyone accept a hotel when an experience like this can be yours. We look forward to our next visit to San Antonio and the Inn at Craigs Place.

We loved the service and the attention of Craig and Kelly. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is to die for. :) We had an awesome honeymoon and after the wedding Craig took very good care of us. We will be back!
 
 
 
 
 
Great place for a small wedding

We were recently married at Craig's place, and was pleasantly surprised. We stayed Friday night, got married on Saturday afteroon, and stayed again that Saturday evening. The rooms were done nicely, the professionalism and attentiveness of the Innkeepers was outstanding. If you are going to have have a small wedding in San Antonio, this is great place to do that.
 
 
 
 
 
What a Magical Place

My husband and I were married there two weeks ago. Gregg and Kelly are the most wonderful host and hostess! Just like other reviewers have said they think of everything. The thoughtfulness behind everything they did to make our wedding special was so much appreciated. You feel so welcomed and at home the minute you arrive. You can tell that the two of them love what they do and they love the city they live in. They both had some many wonderful ideas on things to do and places to eat at. We will both be back soon as we only live three and half hours away.

I just wanted to say My Husband and I stayed at the Inn for the weekend. From the moment we arrived to our departure we were treated like royalty. Gregg and Kelly were able to help us find different attractions and were able to meet any need we had. The breakfast every morning in our room was terrific. The dishes served were dishes i had never had and they were great!! The Inn is beautiful and we will definately be staying here again. Thanks Gregg and Kelly!!!
 
 
 
 
 
A memorable honeymoon...

My husband and I couldn't believe how spoiled we were on our honeymoon! We were delivered coffee in the morning and freshly baked cookies at night and ate a 3 course gourmet breakfast (which included dessert!) on a second story porch. Our room was beautiful and very relaxing. My husband loved the fact that he was awoken by chirping birds instead of a screaming alarm. One thing that I didn't realize until we got there is that my husband and I met on craigslist and we stayed at The Inn At Craig Place for our honeymoon, what a wonderful coincidence. We will definately be coming back for our anniversary!

My wife and I spent our 1st yr. anniversary at The Inn at Craig Place and had a very relaxing and spoiled time!. Gregg and Kelly went out of their way to tend to every detail from the fresh baked cookies at our door to personally serving us a gourmet three course breakfast out on the porch or in our room. We were very relaxed and comfortable in their historic home. You can look around and notice the attention to detail they put into this antique furnished home. By the end of our two night stay, Gregg and Kelly made us feeling like friends. We appreciate that Gregg and Kelly, Thank you for a memorable experience! See ya'll again! Doug and Carla
 
 
 
 
 
A Day We Won't Forget...

My husband and I couldn't ask for a more memorable wedding than what took place at the Inn at Craig Place. You see, I'm a teacher and I was already getting prepared for the new school year. The Alba's took care of our every needs. All we had to do is show up with license, ring in hand and our wedding attire. They handled the rest. If you are looking for a memorable occassion that is headache free and very special, I would suggest the Inn. We will not only go their for our anniversary, we will be back just to stay at the Inn. A perfect place for your wedding ...

We initially chose Inn at Craig Place for our wedding because of convenience. It was second marriage for both of us, and we wanted something "headache free". All we had to do was show up with our marriage license, & they did the legwork. The cake was beautiful and delicious, the flowers and bouquet were lovely, and the entire experience was wonderful.
