Premiere Hotel, Fort Lauderdale

My son got ill while staying at the Premiere. The owners took care of him until I was able to fly to Ft Lauderdale. They made sure he had something to eat and drink. They treated me like family during my stay. If we get back to Ft Lauderdale on "vacation" the Premiere is where we will stay.

What the Premiere may lack in esthetic perfection, it amply makes up for in warm service by the owner, Mario, and by the hotel's proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants. We had a little kitchenette complete with stove, frig, cabinets, utensils. Cable TV, VHS and DVD (Mario has quite an impressive library of films for you to choose from). Wireless internet in the rooms, and of course in the office. No laptop? No problem -- Mario has 3 new desktops and a printer, and in a pinch he'll offer you his own computer to use. And all this for very little $$! Mario makes you feel like you are at home! (only you don't have to clean! yay!). In fact, he'll basically do anything he can to help youif you are freindly with him! Hey, if you want a bargain with the benefits of the royal treatment, try the Premiere. Oh--and free parking. Try to find that on Miami Beach!

I am tired out of paying for things I don’t need. This is the reason why I am so happy I chose to stay at the Premiere. This hotel gave me everything I needed but superfluous stuff. It has no luxury but it is very comfortable. It has no employees who open the car door but has a nice family who takes good care of their guests. In the up scale hotels the amenities come out in the bill, at the Premiere all the services are for free. Its location is unbeatable (a few steps from the beach), its rooms are spotless and its price is not expensive

Our family stayed at the Premiere Hotel from August18th through the 24th. We are very satisfied with our choice and with the Tripadivsor’s reviews. They helped us make our decision. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the best things were the amenities: DVD player in the room, movies at the office, wireless connection or computers at the office, parking, bicycles, etc. Everything for free. The ceiling fan supported the air conditioning in keeping the room as cold as possible during these days. I don’t remember hotter weather in long time. The room had a full equipped kitchenette, a coffeemaker and a refrigerator, which was not only enough to keep the groceries and beverages cold but also provided us with ice for our drinks. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was all right. The pool was in a very good shape; the owner told me that it was just renewed. We liked having dinner at the pool area. Mario and Fred were born with hospitality vocation. They were cooperative at any time. The kindness of the owners is relevant to me when they do their best to make my family happy. We are going to stay at the Premiere for New Years Eve.

Listen People, I cannot understand why so many people left rave reviews for this place. Maybe they are just interested in the friendly owners, employees. I personally am not there for a social hour. I planned on staying for 2 nights but ran out the door after the first evening. They put us on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATORS. The room was like an OVEN and we were assured it would cool off because they just turned on the a/c. We went to Miami to visit a friend and returned 6.5 hours later and the room was still warm. The a/c was blowing cold but we found out that they have jalousie windows that DO NOT CLOSE hidden behind the large curtain in the living room area. The bathroom window was open 1 inch and would NOT CLOSE. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaked everytime you turned over. It was late when we got back and we were so tired that I had no energy to COMPLAIN. We moved our beds (shoved them across the room) so they were right under the a/c so we could feel a small draft. Do not stay here. Yes, people were friendly but that's all. The parking area stinks and very tight fit if you don't know how to park well. The price was good, but unless you like sweating, DO NOT STAY HERE.....This place needs major fix-up with small affordable repairs that's why I couldn't understand why the minor repairs were not done. Obviously the owners are there just to rake in the money from vacationers. You were warned!!!

No one speak English, rooms are smaller than college Doorms. The pool is dirty, and not very safe place to be around with all the wires. The bathroom is something out of the 1920's - Very Small and dirty. The only good thing about this place is it's location to the beach. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

This hotel is a cute small place owned by a super nice Argentinian family. We stayed for a week, they were very friendly. They had a ton of DVD's available to borrow and a few computers with internet access. The hotel is a little old; it looks retro and the colors are a bit dated, but we didn't mind it one bit since we weren't on vacation to live at the hotel! Everything's kept incredibly clean. The hotel is literally across the street from the beach, and a few blocks away from lots of restaurants and other things. Warning though: if you want a relaxing vacation, don't come the 2nd or 3rd week of march - spring break! At that time it's ALL college kids, so if you're in college come at that time to meet fellow spring breakers!

Half a block from beach..Parking Lot..friendly service ..clean rooms..and inexpensive...what more u want for the price..if u wanna exscape the coldddd and go south for few days this is the place..

Nice place. 1/2 block from the beach. Friendly staff and owners. Was there just a week ago and the town was quiet, the weather not too hot - just the way we liked it. Only bad thing was the noisy A/C, but it isn't really needed in November. BTW, you really can't spend much time in Fort Lauderdale without a car.
