This is wonderful place to stay. It is close to Duval St. yet quiet when you need it to be. Ben goes above and beyond to help you out. The rooms and grounds are clean and well taken care of. We have stayed there twice and are looking to go back again. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
We booked our room online but they did't tell us office closes by 6pm. They tried to call our cell phone but we missed the call. When we arrived there was a letter welcoming us and telling where our room was. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was located only a couple blocks from Duval St. The pools were very clean and in the morning the continental breakfast was very good- included scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt. Ben at front desk was very helpful and got us a good deal on a snorkeling trip. We would definitely stay there again.
We just returned from staying in the aligator room and we have already made plans to go back next year. the most beautiful place, walking distance to everything one would want to see on the key.
We found this gem a few years back and we keep returning every year. Beautifull grounds, great servive. Close to the waterfront and within stumbling distance from the nightlife.
