The Knowles House, Key West

My husband and I loved the fact that we could park our car and leave it for the entire weekend. The B and B was close enough to everything so we could walk. It was just enough out of the way that we could come back after a long day and relax where we wouldn't hear all the noise of Duval Street.

What a great place to stay. Les, Paul and Christina are the best hosts. From the guided tour to the homemade pumpkin bread, this B&B could not have done more. We will always stay here when we visit.

Lovely place to stay. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area and all it's ins & outs, good, bad & best places to go and things to do. We had such a great time getting to know everyone there & will most definitely be back!! A great place to spend our anniv. :o) Thanks everyone!! Be blessed.

The Knowles House is just a great sample of what Key West has to offer. It's close enough to walk to everything and soo comfortable to stay there. You can be right at home there.

Great place! We traveled to Key West with a group and we all stayed at Knowles B&B. Wonderful place to stay with adorable rooms, beautiful property and for Les & Paul, what can I say! Everything was like being in a home away from home. Thank you

Les and Paul, the owners, and Christina treat you like familiy in what is a perfectly maintained and intimate B&B. With a great shaded deck, small dipping pool and hot tub the Knowles House provides a relaxed atmoshphere to meet fellow guests and for the included breakfast. Breakfast includes cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruit, toast and juices and was enough to fill me up every morning. Breakfast also lasts until 11:00am so that those who hit Duval to the wee hours can still manage to make breakfast. Rooms are not large but provide room to move about and each has a private bathroom. Les, Paul and Christina insured that every question was answered and every need was met. All three were awesome. The location is about two blocks from the Seaport but about 8 blocks from Duval. Duval is walkable but I suggest renting a bike to make that trip a breeze and to allow easy sight seeing anywhere on the island. If you want a well maintained spot with some character and a friendly atmosphere give the Knowles house a try.

If you look up “hospitality” in the dictionary, you will see a picture of the Knowles House. Christina was just so nice and accommodating we felt like we had known her for years. One cannot want for anything at this historic little gem. We came by the Key West Ferry and it was just a couple blocks away from the dock. It was a short walk to all our favorite places. After we checked out , we were able to leave our bags there for the day since the ferry didn’t leave until 6. The Knowles House exceeded all my expectations. Will I return? First chance I get.

When we started searching for accommodations for our most recent trip to the Keys, we wanted an intimate B&B with personality. We found the perfect place with Knowles House. Les met us at the door and gave us a personal tour of the property. Our room was right off of the deck and pool. It was spotless, quiet and private. We loved the sun deck and outdoor shower. Paul (the other owner) helped us find neighborhood restaurants that were exceptional. Our favorite was Azur which was right around the corner - fabulous!! We were an easy walk to Duval Street and the seaport. We will definitely stay at Knowles House again!

Let me start by saying "WOW," because that's the way my wife Kelly and I felt for four blissful days in paradise. From our room, to relaxing in the pool, & Jacuzzi, the fantastic breakfast, the Inn keepers suggestions on where to eat and do...WOW! We will never stay at another place when we come back to Key West! We told all of our friends about this place and what a great time we had, and you know what they said......WOW!
