Al Murooj Rotana Hotel & Suites, Dubai

We have a training here for 4 days and it was newly-opened hotel last September and evrything was just perfect and since it was last Dec we have a training their Christams decor are so elegant like those taken from magazine and the Pergolas Restaurant where we have our lunch offer delicious buffet, Indian food , Iranian food, Thai food , seafood like prawn which you can ask the cook to broil for you, they have also Arabian roasted lamb with green rice which is similar to Iranian bacali polo but that one has nuts, raisins and good taste too, the desert was outstanding , with choice of black forrest cake, strawberry cheesecake, raspberry shortcake and they have a fountain of flowing chocolate you can dip fruits. The bedsheets have nice smell and the pillows is soft and especially that all is new, you would like to come back again there even Arab singer like Nancy Ajram stays there and everymorning the chef say hello to you, at first I didn't know who the chef was , but I read in the magazine that the chef was the chef of Pres . Clinton and Phil Collins when they go to Dubai.They have also nice swimming pool and poolside that you can eat your lunch.
