Try another hotel when your in KL

From the moment I arrived (I requested for Airport Transfers) up to my departure date (I stayed for 5 nights) experience was horrible, customer service was awfull, hotels management should have checked if everything was alright after I complained but bad service was continued until my last day. Hotel's management should train their staff on good customer service. I can not enumerate my complains because it would be a long list. I've stayed at several Hotels already in Tokyo, Seoul, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Germany and it's the first time I experienced really bad service
