I visited the hotel last week with my husband. It was really awful. Dirty (the junior suite had dirty toilet which had bad smell and we found some flying cockroaches!), bad service (the waiters were amateur and incurious). We booked for two nights but after the first and a very bad breakfast we decided to go leave. They refused to refund us, but we couldn't stay longer in these conditions. It's more like 2-stars hotel. One of the worst i have visited.

The best hotell i've been in Lebanon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the service there, and everything was perfect, very friendly place. Short way to the other cities, beach, shopping center and nightclubs... I've been there 4 time, and sure will go there again at the next vacation to Lebanon, with my wife! Regards Korhonen!
