Fantastic Trip!

Hotel is smaller than pictured but the staff is wonderful.. the rooms are well equipped for two (my husband and I stayed in the superior king room).. little difficulty with shower stall but the walking distance to all the attractions was a plus! Cuffs Irish Bar is a fantastic bar and Stanhope Grill Irish breakfast was delish! Enjoy - we certainly did!!

My family and I were very pleased with our rooms and the hotel as a whole. Rooms were clean, bright and bathrooms were wonderful. Every person on the hotel staff were so helpful and very gracious. The location was great!!! Nothing was negative here, a very pleasant stay for all seven of us, 2rooms.

Fabulous Design - Great Service

I love the overall design of the hotel; the Lobby, Bar, and Lounges are fantastic. I love the waterfall staircase! My only complaint was the restaurant menu was not as exciting as I might have liked but the food was very good.

great Irish Hotel great door men ...Tommy and Jean great front desk ...David great bar (Cuffs) and Bar tenders Gator , Steve Clark hip trendy and great location Great beers ... Bud Light Draught was cold and clean free internet at busniess desks great Pillows and heated towell racks room service fast freindly but Id order upercrust pizza and have brought in to my room (cant beat upper crust pizza) great restaurants close Davios grille 23 Avilas Abe louies and smith and wollinskis nice hotel video on Boston alos (worth watching)

Excellent hotel for a few days

Everything was ok, may be I change the arquitectural of the restaurant. I love the lobby bar with the tables outside, in this part my suggestion is to put more plants and my be a tree

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

If only all business travel could be this good!

I have had the pleasure to stay at the Jury's many times for business. I would rate this as one of the best places to stay in the Boston area. The service is impeccable from the moment I turn my car over to the valet gentleman. Some of the rooms are a bit small but they don't skimp on style, comfort or cleanliness. I have often entered my rooms to find chocolates, Italian spritzer and fresh fruit along with notes thanking me for my continued patronage. The rooms have a nice sound system that is always turned on at night during the turn-down service. The location couldn't be better, the area is safe and within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Overall, I couldn't recommend a better place in Boston. They get five stars from this business traveler. Thank you Jury's.

A recommended experience

I was embraced as soon as I arrived. Arriving without my husband I was treated like a lady and accommodated as such. The decor was inviting with an strong emphasis on hip. The location was safe and trendy. The beds were like sleeping on clouds. I never felt alone, and energy was piped into all areas. I highly recommend this experience in Boston.
