POSH FACILATIES IN POOR LOCATION SERVICE NOT UP TO SURROUNDINGS I STAYED IN A VERY NICE ROOM WITH A LARGE COMFORTABLE BED AND VERY WLL EQUIPPED BATHROOM BUT WHEN I ARIVED AND LOOK OUT THE WINDOW ALL I SAW WAS A CONVENTION OF HOMLESS PEOPLE IN THE STREET AND OCCUPPING THE YMCA ACROSS THE STREET APPARENTLY THE Y DOES NOT HAVE WINDOW SHADES GOO THING I WAS ABLE TO CLOSE THE DRAPES

i loved the jurys boston hotel. the staff is super nice, the room is comfy and clean and the location is perfect. the only downside is parking, no choice really but to valet but that's not uncommon downton. i love it!

This hotel is the most poorly run business I have ever encountered. I booked the trip online - prepaid. A week after leaving they charged my checking acount $653.45 for the cost of the room. Not only did they make this ridiculous mistake but they were completely incompetent at correcting it. Thanks to this establishment I could not pay my bills and was bouncing checks. I have contacted them 6 times and even though they admit it is thier mistake, I have yet to see a penny. I would rather stay in a motel 6 than go through this experience.

The Jurys Boston hotel, a reinovated 1920's police station, is located in the Back Bay area of Boston. Its centrally placed among local transit systems and within walking distance to the theater district, several nice restaurants and night clubs. It sports its own restaurant and bar and seems to be a 'to go' place among businessmen and a young adult hip crowd. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. In any catagory high kudos except in two areas, the business center was adequate and small (there is high speed internet connection in the rooms) and while overall aesthetically pleasing my room had a hole in the ceiling over the bed awaiting completed repair.

Bud Light Draught was cold and clean free internet at busniess desks great Pillows and heated towell racks room service fast freindly but Id order upercrust pizza and have brought in to my room (cant beat upper crust pizza) great restaurants close Davios grille 23 Avilas Abe louies and smith and wollinskis nice hotel video on Boston alos (worth watching)

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was lovely with simple yet elegant decor. The Convenient location allows you to park your can and walk to restaurants and shops. The fitness room was well equiped and clean. Ugly elevators!

My boyfriend and I went for Valentines Day this past year and the whole experience was wonderful. THe staff was more than willing to help us with everything and anything. The room was great and at a great rate. The location was fabulous. We were within walking distane of mostly everything. I especially loved the bar and the entrance to the hotel. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Boston area.

I rate this a 4 out of 5 star hotel. The decor/stylings are tasteful mix of contemporary/traditional. Great location and beautiful building. I'm usually very critical (very tough to get 5/5 from me) and don't take time to write reviews but this place, though not perfect, merits a good note. Pros: clean, nice good sized bathroom with marble floor (single sink), good sized TV, stereo, safe in room can hold 15" widescreen laptop, free internet (wired), furnishings/decor is new, windows can be opened, two small closets, friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast buffet ($15 - fresh fruit, yogurt w/granola, cold cereals, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, pastry, bacon, toast, juice), great below street grade outdoor dining area. Easy walk to many attractions/good restaurants. Average: bed just ok for me (I like firm), not a great view from all rooms (but can't expect much in city). Cons: not many, but - no fan in bathroom, room not very large (but larger than typ. bathroom). May not be great for families/kids.

Everything was ok, may be I change the arquitectural of the restaurant. I love the lobby bar with the tables outside, in this part my suggestion is to put more plants and my be a tree
