Bring your own towels
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/13/11
You really should consider bringing your own towels to this hotel. For everytime I've stayed there, I've had towel wars with the maid service. Upon first entering the room - no towels. Collected towels from maid service - but on day 2,3,4 they were gone again. Since the hotel first opened, I've had on-going issues in keeping one simple towel in the room. Bring your own non-white towel or consider no maid service (for short stays) so that you can keep your towels. Otherwise, nice and safe place to stay.

DIVA FOR A 2 WEEKS
By Sau, 12/29/07
2006 STAYED FOR 2 1/2 WEEKS (FUNERAL). 2007 ANOTHER 2 WEEK (talanateu). a week later for another 7 days (funeral). tradewinds and the staff should give training on CUSTOMER SERVICE, sure can't find that here in Hawaii. I felt as if I was a queen everytime. Leaving in 2 days for Samoa again (Samoa Bowl) and wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The best thing is that after the 1st stay there in 06, they remembered us (my kids too), and we were blessed to just email Sia to let her know that were coming in and for how long and not worry about a thing. Shuttle picks us up, no worries. They even wash our rental car when its dirty, now come on our husbands cant even do that, and in the Samoa heat OMG!!! Too bad not many Residants of Samoa can afford to stay there.

Great Staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/3/07
The staff was great. Very friendly and made you feel welcome. Watch out for the phone rates. You must use a AS phone card for long distance calls. The hotel while being very clean had a very obnoxious odor on the first floor. I can't describe the odor on the first floor and in the conference rooms. My room had a musty damp smell to it. The linen was very dingy and looked dirty.

Excellent Service Hotel
By Ricardo, 4/9/07
As a member of the regional Olympic Committee representing Guam, I had the pleasure of being accommodated at your hotel. Upon arrival to the hotel the service and attendance from the hotel staff was very welcome. From checking in, to room service, hotel amenities such as the swimming pool and the little cafe shop, internet in our rooms, the bed is first class, and your restaurant and menu service guide was very, very good and most importantly to Mrs. Betty Cavanagh and her support team, thank for making my stay and the stay of our delegates a warm and memorable experience.
