Sleep Inn and Suites Davenport, Davenport

They were very rude right off the bat. We had reserved at suite but were not given the suite. When we asked them if there was a mix up the man told us that there wasn't and there was nothing he could do that we would have to talk to the manager. After talking to the manager, owner and corporate there was nothing anyone could do for us and ended up a mess. We were called liars by some of the staff. We will never ever stay in a Sleep Inn again!

I have stayed there quite a few times before and never had a problem until a day ago. We had reserved 2 rooms and I was told they would be $83 per room and when I got there, they charged us $107 for each room! Then, we went to go swimming, and there were no clean towels at all!! Then, we asked for and extra blanket and pillow,a nd didn't have either, and then we got home, which is quite aways from Davenport, we realized we had accidently let some belongings there and called in the evening time, they said they didn't know if there was anything in the room or not and said it might still be in there! If that room got reserved, we will never get our things back cuz what are the chances of that!! I will NEVER go back there again!!!

I have stayed here on and off for the past year on Business. It is plain, but decently clean and the front desk is helpful. They do have some smoking rooms, which are on the 3rd floor. If you do not smoke ask for a 1st or 2nd room floor as even the 3rd floor non smoking rooms reek of smoke. Starbucks is across the street to get your coffee fix, and they do have a breakfast that includes fruit, the rest is just carbs. For the price you can't beat it. If the price does increase, try the Fairfield inn down the road.

I just completed a 3 week stay at this hotel and the hotel and staff were excellent. The room was clean, it was very quiet, and the staff was very friendly. It was also nice to have the free daily papers and the continental breakfast. The location is great! I would recommend this hotel when visiting the Quad Cities!

By the looks of this hotel it looks pretty clean and well organised I hope in the future I will get to visit this lovely hotel of so called paradise.Lo,

I only look for cleanliness and this place was right up my alley. I would highly recommend it if you are traveling through Davenport, IA.
