Holiday Inn Dundee Water Park, Dundee

First, I was so grossed out by a baindaid that had washed up to the drain in the waterpark, so I thought well maybe it just got there, nope because the next day it was still there. GROSS. So who knows how long it was there or how much longer it will be. The people in the room next to us were soooo loud, kids beating on walls, playing in the bathroom with the hair dryer, screaming and playing music loud at 1045pm. When we checked out we were told 3 other rooms complained alos, thats nice, why werent they kicked out? I will not be staying there again.

We liked the decorations and the cleanliness of the motel. cleanliness is #1. Waterpark looked great especially if you had kids. Everything kids could want was right there. We stayed there several years ago before waterpark enjoyed it then as well as now. Cabelas being close by gives my husband a place to visit within walking distance. Like having restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very helpful especially on giving directions to other attractios in area. i will be back here if i am in the area. The price was cheapeast of 4 different motels on our trip from n. c. and was the best. rating of 100%

I thought the life guards were awesome. They kept their eyes on the children not each other. Kudos to them. Who ever trained them did a wonderful job. I would however like the kids to be able to win a bigger prize in the arcade. We spent a lot in there and didn't come out with much. Kinda disapointing. The rest was great. We are definately going back again and again. I even loved the water slide. Worth the drive, From Anderson Indiana

place was clean probably because it's new. The service and employees are so bad though that if you give it some time, the facility will be bad. During my stay, I was given a lot of bad information. One employee would say one thing and the next something completely reverse. It's too bad because this location is close to my home (30 minutes ) but I'd rather drive 3 hours to Great wolf lodge. Splash universe is noticeably smaller. Service is incredibly worse and to top it off they charged me 400 for the room and put a hold for another 400 on my debit card. They told me that this was procedure. I don't care. This is my money and just because I don't use credit cards as much, they feel they can hold my money. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back. At least that's what they say today. I might have to call back in 5 days to find out this is not true.

Its worth the money cause its an awsome hotel!! i cant wait to go back i went there for my birthday and it was such a great experience and like i said cant wait to go back!!=]
