Spent weekend there while attending family reunion at Claytor Lake. Got the last available room because there was a bicyclers convention in the area. Check in was fast. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Third floor on back had a nice view of a meadow AND part of Interstate 81. You could hear some traffic noise if air was off, but it was on all the time. Hot tub wasn't quite hot enough, more like warm tub. Nothing was stolen. Management, especially Connie, was especially nice and very helpful. Go to the lake and walk around, it is very refreshing. Would definitely stay there again if in that area.

Room was very clean. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Staff was very freindly and made feel like home. Very prompt in check in and check out.

It's a nice motel. I like that they have a indoor pool and hot tub. If you stay there lock everything up if you leave the room. During my visit last week I came in from work and opened my suitcase to take my medicine and the bottle was there but there wasn't anything in it. I guess the maids thought that they needed it more than I did. I asked around and almost everybody that stays there with me has also had things missing when they got back to their room.
