Super 8 Crossville Tn, Crossville

This place was by far the best hotel I have stayed at for the price...and I have been traveling abundantly for quite a few years. The front deskclerks were super friendly and knew alot about the surrounding areas. I was offered a discount that I did not even know I was eligble. Throughout my travels, I have found many things wrong with rooms of different hotels I have stayed out...however, this hotel's rooms were extremely clean and had an excellent air freshened scent. There were clean sheets, clean towels, a clean bathroom, and they even had over 80 channels including HBO and CineMax. The breakfast in the morning definitely got me up and going for the day. Can't complain about gigantic warm, hot waffles washed down with a glass of orange juice or milk alongside a bowl of cereal! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone that does not want to put that big of a ding in their pocket and wants the quality of a superior hotel!

The room was dirty. Hair in the bathtub and stains on the bedspread. Coffee pot was really dirty, dried coffee and sticky stuff.The cups in the bathroom were't wrapped, never seen that before, anywhere. Only used the sheet, the blanket was stiff with whatever. We couldn't wait to leave. We only paid $72, so I guess you get what you pay for. The afternoon staff was not all that friendly either,the morning person was very helpful with directions. I did return the postcard, can't wait to hear from the home office, if that ever happens. Pay a little more and get a clean room. Motel might have been nice a few years ago, not now. Maybe new staff would help. Oh, the free breakfast was joke. Open cups of pancake batter, gnats and all.

My friends and I stayed here during the World's Longest Yard Sale. We paid $172.00 for the night! It was the only hotel available and not worth the price. The room had a musty odor and the bedding was horrible. Flat pillows, thin sheets and scratchy blankets. There was some kind of clicking noise coming from the wall ALL night long. We stayed the next night at a Hampton Inn for half the price and it was 100% better. We will not stay here next year for the sale. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortale too. Close to town and restaurants. Lovely 5 day stay!

We were just at the Super 8 in Crossville a few weeks ago. The place is the newest hotel in Crossville, so it was very clean. The price was affordable, especially compared to the other hotels nearby. Almost a $50 dollar differece. The kids loved the fresh waffles in the morning. A great place, will definitely be back on our next trip.

A perfect night stay. Cleanliness is a huge factor when choosing a play to stay. This place is new and clean. The staff was friendly. The prices were affordable. We will definitely be back!

If you believe in 'customer satisfaction', turn and run in the other direction. I was very disappointed in the overall experience I had at this establishment. They advertise a free breakfast - not true - machine is broken. I would say, buy a new one, or don't advertise. When making reservations, I was told the room had 2 double beds. After arriving, we were told the room had a king size bed. We were also not told the only rooms available were smoking. The smell was terrible. My family also had to take cold showers - as well as other families staying at the facility. After 'disturbing' the employee at the front desk, who seemed to be on a personal phone call, I was addressed very rudely concerning my complaints. We paid $90 for this wonderful one night stay in Crossville. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Camping would have been more fun.

This hotel was pretty basic BUT it was clean and well cared for. Great location, right off the interstate but quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable but the towels were hard. Having a small refrigerator & microwave in the room was a real plus! The complimentary breakfast was minimal and the serving area was very cramped and crowded.

Awful. Where do I begin? When we first got there, the clerk quoted us a rate of $71, but they have a billboard sign in front of their hotel that says rooms are for $49. We argued for about 20 minutes before the clerk finally agreed to the price they advertised. Then when we finally got to the room, there was an odd smell and the bathroom did not look clean. Definately stay elsewhere! Dirty rooms and rude staff make for a very bad stay.

The quality was great for an affordable price. Staff was friendly. I definitely recommend the place.
