Will never book again

I had made reservations to stay here a month in advance. I even called to confirm everything a few days prior to the trip, and they said everything was all set. When we arrived they told me they didn't have a reservation for us and there were no rooms available. So I provided the confirmation number along w/ name of who I talked to, dates, times, etc. They said she booked it for the wrong day even though she confirmed it with me (3 times!) for the correct date. It wasn't until I made a huge stink that they called around to find another room for us. Had I not complained to extensively they were just going to let us try to figure it out ourselves (on Memorial Day weekend!). They gave us directions, and when we arrived it was a very run down motel in the area, and on top of it, we had to pay for the room!! We didn't even get rooms keys, cuz the locks were broken!! I would highly discourage anyone from booking here, service recovery is not their priority..even when they admit they screwed up!
