Wira Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Don't let the street where it is placed put you off. The staff is so incredibly helpful and friendly. The value for money it is just amaizing. I have travelled a lot and this hotel which is rated 2 stars deserves much more than this. In Urope you do not find this good service for this little money. An the bb (which is included in the room rate) it is really good, loads of variety and very good quality. IT IS GREAT!!!!

with my three visits to kuala lumpur, my partner and i booked in wira hotel. Why? Because we have experienced a real value for our money. Staff are well mannered, the room is clean and they have honest staff. Our passports and other important documents are safely deposited in the hotels safety box. They are very helpful to tourist like us. They give us maps and other booklets if you have complains they are fast to act on it. foods served during breakfast varies with their guests, like if there are asian...indian, thai chinese etc. the location is not in busy street but taxi are acessible, not too mention the little walks we take to get to mrt and monorail. it is like you are staying in your own home with different people you see around. The hotel management is good to their employees because majority are serving with the hotel for years. we will meet them again when we come back to kuala lumpur...with their sweet hello sir...welcome! Selamat detang!
