Solar World Estates N, Spokane

I stayed here for a month and put down a $200 cleaning deposit. When I left, the manager promised to return my $200 cleaning deposit minus a standard $60 carpet cleaning fee. He indicated I'd receive the refumd from the corporate office. I've been waiting for 6 months and still haven't received the refund. I've called and e-mailed numerous times and have always been promised the check would be sent soon. It still hasn't arrived.

Although it has been several months since we last stayed at Solar World on Division it will always be our choice of a place to stay when we are in Spokane. We started staying there several years ago when in the area and found the commendations wonderful, close to stores, etc. It is nice to have a kitchenette to make simple meals for breakfast/ lunch and maybe a few dinners. What a plus to have the laundry available especially when staying in the area for a week or more. Access to the internet has been a plus also. And of course the management is friendly and helpful. We recommend Solar World to others who are going to be in the Spokane area. Donna
