What I have in mind when I travel abroad? My main interests are: know the local people, their way of life and, of course, their cuisine. We intend to start from Mendoza or Buenos Aires. In Mendoza, we have to go to some wineries and appreciate the local cuisine (bife de chorizo, de lomo, vacio, the local empanadas, ...). Depart to Santigo through the Andes. The border is just before a large tunnel which takes to Chile. There´s a lot of skiing facilities in this route. We can try some. After that, there´s a small town called Los Andes.
