We arrived in NY and checked our bags at our hotel. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Times Square North. I had stayed there before when it was a Howard Johnson. They had done some renovations and it was really nice. It included a free hot breakfast, cookies in the evening, coffee and hot chocolate all day, and free internet! What more could you ask for! Ray's pizza is across the street and they have great garlic knots! We headed south on the subway to Century 21 Department store to start our shopping. It was closed for a jewish holiday so we ended up eating lunch at Stage Deli and heading to China... Show Less
