My wife, Ayana, and I arrived in Galena, Il at The Goldmoor Inn late Tuesday night. The Inn keeper, Patricia, was waiting up for us and was very helpful and informative with it being so late at night. When she showed us our room, The Arthur Suite, we were blown away. The room was very spacious and romantic. It had a dining/kitchen area with a table for two by the window so we can have breakfast there. We had a great view of the Mississippi River from our breakfast table. There was a big screen tv, a dvd player, vhs player and satelite cable. One of my favorite perks in the room was the hot tub...
