This palace (one of our Platinum Circle winners), dates back to the 16th century and was once the royal seat of the O’Brien clan, who are direct descendants of Irish King Brian Boru. Today the trappings are certainly fit for royalty: The River Rine flows through the estate, where an 18-hole champion golf course, tennis courts, clay shooting, and horseback riding are all on hand for guests.
