Dining at Walt Disney World doesn't have to be the most expensive part of your family vacation. In fact, when you plan in advance, you can help ensure that your family gets the most bang for their buck with these budget-friendly restaurants in Walt Disney World.
Magic Kingdom: Pinocchio Village Haus
Hollywood Studios: Min & Bill's Dockside Diner
Do snag a bite to eat at Min & Bill's Dockside Diner in Hollywood Studios. Another quick-service dining experience, the price is right for the family. You and the kids can eat outside and you'll get some great people-watching in without having to sacrifice your budget or taste. Depending on the sandwich, snacks, and drinks you choose, expect to spend less than $12-15 per person based on Disney's price identification system. No reservations are required.
EPCOT: Rose & Crown Pub
You aren't limited to quick service dining if you want to keep your Disney dining budget-friendly. The Rose & Crown Pub in EPCOT is a great choice for families, especially at lunch time! Kids' meals cost less than $9 each and include a beverage and a dessert, while adults can grab a bite for less than $10 each off of the pub menu (consider fish & chips or an English bulldog). If you're on a tight budget, skip the beer, tempting though it might be! There aren't reservations, but you might hit a line when the lunch time rush arrives.
Grand Floridian Resort and Spa: 1900 Park Fare
We knew we wanted our daughters to experience one character dining experience while we were at Walt Disney World, but we were wary of the prices. Thankfully, we were pleasantly surprised by the character dining experience we had at the Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa's 1900 Park Fare. Our youngest daughter (under 2) ate for free. There was a large buffet that satisfied our entire family. We ate to our hearts content, met several characters, and then simply grabbed an early afternoon snack at the parks and called it lunch. The meal was substantially less expensive than evening character dining events and was perfectly priced for a family of five (especially when the meal held us until dinner!). Make sure to book your reservations in advance.
Eating out with your family at Disney doesn't need to break the bank. In fact, when you plan in advance, your Disney dining experience can be budget-friendly!
