The Eureka Springs Experience
Our family travels to Eureka Springs as often as we can. The is no other place like it. It is a very unique destination. We have stayed at several hotels and B&Bs in the area and the Crescent is the center of all the charm this Ozark community offers. Learn the history of this town and you will understand.
The structure is aged. She is a fading old grand dame. But, she perfectly reflects the atmosphere which is Eureka Springs.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The dining is good and the Sunday brunch buffet should not be missed. Omelets and pasta dishes are made to order.
The grounds are gorgeous. Several beloved cats are buried on the grounds, try to find the gravestones. Late in the evening, find a comfy chair near the hearth in the lobby and chat with the other guests. Read the newspaper clippings that are posted in the hall. So much history!
Alas, I have never been to the spa. We have reservations for next month and I will try to schedule some "me" time. We will also go on the ghost tour this time. In the past, we have planned for these activities but haven't found the time.
