We have been staying at Northrock since it opened. The staff was friendly, the service good, and the people tried their best to make everyone comfortable. Every stay was wonderful until the summer of 2005.And then things really changed. The service is less friendly. Now, at least 99% of the help is new and they act like they're afraid to say or do anything out of line for fear they'll get fired, they can't visit with or welcome customers, just like they're walking on eggshells constantly.
Other changes are also apparent. The breakfast no longer has fresh fruit, or muffins. Maintenance is not performed. The experience was bad. I will think twice, three or four times about going back.
